Chiara has practiced immigration law exclusively since 2010 and has extensive experience with both employment-based and family-based immigration. Known for her strategic, detail-oriented, and risk-averse approach, Chiara tailors each filing to present the strongest possible case and maximize the chance for approval. Representative clients include Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals, religious institutions, students, musicians, athletes, and families and individuals from all over the world.

With years of experience representing clients at United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), and the U.S. Department of State (DOS) Chiara is well-versed with the intricacies of immigration law and the various government agencies adjudicating immigration benefits.

Her background includes time working in private practice and the nonprofit sector where she honed her skills as an advocate. Chiara understands the uncertainty new immigrants face and is dedicated to providing clear, compassionate, and competent representation. She believes attorneys have a duty to give back to their communities and continues to offer low bono and pro bono services to vulnerable populations.

Graduating from law school in 2009, Chiara earned an Advanced Legal Writing Certificate and was recognized for her pro bono work. She is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is often a featured speaker on immigration law or Know Your Rights presentations in the New England area.
